Preferred payment is cash, check or Venmo. All credit cards are accepted as well. 

My services are not currently covered by insurance. Some clients have had success using their HSA funds to pay. Every company’s plan is different. You will have to investigate to find out if yours will cover your sessions.

Office policy is that everything discussed during sessions remains confidential. I do not report personal information to  insurance or governmental agencies. I do not share my client information with  others. However, clients have my permission to share their experiences when it feels right or to refer.

You will receive an email confirming your appointment immediately and a reminder 48 hours before.

A follow-up email will be sent with directions to the office for in-person, or phone/zoom instruction for virtual sessions. The email also has intake paperwork and office policies to be  completed before the first session.

Based on the client’s goal(s), we design the best approach to working together: how often and long meetings will be, is it straight coaching or a mix of Mind-Body sessions, and what additional resources are required. Once the program is designed, an agreed upon fee structure and payment plan is placed in a contract which protects us both.
